Morgan Rapsky

Morgan Rapsky is a Public Policy Intern at the National Association of State Alcohol and Drug Agency Directors (NASADAD), where she supports the Executive Director on legislative and regulatory matters related to substance use disorders and assists with congressional and stakeholder engagement. She is a Master of Public Policy candidate at Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy. Morgan completed her undergraduate studies at Chatham University in Spring 2025, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Policy Studies and Criminology with a minor in Pre-Law, and has experience working with Pennsylvania-based nonprofit organizations focused on women’s political leadership, workforce development, and civic engagement.
